Community Hub
for Health & Social Services
Community Door opened its doors in 2010 to provide residents of Peel Region better access to a wide range of high-quality health and social services. Improving access to services means continually adding collaborative Member Agencies to our locations – and that could be you!
Community Door addresses the challenges faced by so many not-for-profit agencies: finding and maintaining suitable operating space that is easily accessible for the people they serve. In our Brampton and Mississauga locations member agencies take advantage of shared common spaces and resources while their clients benefit from more accessible services at a single, convenient location.
Leasing opportunities are available right now in Brampton and Mississauga.
Both locations offer easy access to transit, parking and a host of amenities such as meeting space, reception, breakroom and more.
What you’ll find inside Community Door:
Below Market Rent Rate – we help you save on one of your biggest expenses.
Improved Client Experience – access to not only your service but potentially multiple complimentary service offerings at one single location.
Location – central, visible, convenient, public transit accessible.
Shared Common Spaces – reception, boardrooms, kitchens, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
Collaboration – networking, mentorship, and guidance from other member agencies.
Shared Resources – maintenance, cleaning, office supplies.
You're In Good Company
What Members are Saying
The ability to support clients by offering them services that are not just adjacent, but essentially in-house, have helped us achieve the social impact we were looking for and made the client service experience seamless and more beneficial. One of Community Door’s key tenets—business synergies and moving offices from disparate locations of ‘back streets to the main streets’ —helped the tenant agencies deliver services more efficiently and provided a “one-stop-shop” for all clients venturing to Community Door. The funders also saw this hub-model as a much more efficient way of delivering services and continue to applaud our foresight to engage with Community Door.

Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Peel Dufferin is grateful to share the Community Door space with a group of socially inclusive organizations offering community supports that create a one-stop shop of wrap-around services for our local residents. Whether it’s mental health supports from our team, or help with employment, volunteers, newcomer and refugee programs, or other assistance from our fellow Community Door groups, we are thankful to be surrounded by so many others who share our goal of helping all who come through the front door find solutions and support.

As a tenant, Volunteer MBC really values the client cross referrals we receive and the ability to offer a one-stop solution to our clients.Volunteer MBC staff and in-house volunteers are also very grateful for the support and camaraderie we receive from staff at our Community Door neighbours.
